It is also our prerogative to distribute free specimens or show-case the custom made boxes as a display of our expertise and designs.

Custom Boxes Packaging will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, fatalities, harmful events, damages, or delays involving its employees, representatives, marketing staff, media personnel, or related professionals arising from the use of our website or information obtained through it, even if the possibility of such damages was communicated.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action—including but not limited to negligence—arising from this agreement or your use of our website exceed the total amount paid by you to Custom Boxes Packaging for the specific order or request in question.
Sales tax policy
We charge sales tax on all orders that come to us from the state of Texas in the U.S if you are tax exempt please provide your tax exemption certificate while placing your order with us
Customers submitted artwork and files
Our team of professionals produces a hard or electronic proof from the artwork and files submitted by website users. To ensure quality results, we require artwork and files to be submitted in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI at the final size. If these requirements are not met, Custom Boxes Packaging will not be held accountable for issues such as distorted, unclear, pixelated, or color variations that may occur during the file conversion process.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of your artwork and files, including the alignment and orientation of pages. While we take every precaution to safeguard your submissions, Custom Boxes Packaging will not be liable for any damage, loss, or destruction of artwork/files uploaded to our website.
By uploading content, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the material or have obtained lawful authorization to use it. You also accept full legal responsibility for all content printed and processed on your behalf. We reserve the right to reject any order that we consider unlawful, offensive, or in violation of third-party rights. Custom Boxes Packaging may refuse any order without prior notice or explanation. Please ensure that no harmful, obscene, offensive, or profane material is uploaded for printing custom boxes.
Proofs and color accuracy
We request you to be carefully and thoroughly review your proof prior to approval. You will have to check it with the original file for possible errors in duplication, spacing, structure, punctuation, bleeds, size, crops and the final content. Make sure that your electronic proof does not display any issues in transparency, overprinting or changes in color from conversion of file to CMYK. The appearance of the printed colors may get affected with the lamination or UV coating. We in no way will be accountable for the final color appearance of the laminated product(s).
Any services or printing products you order you will need you to approve proof either via electronic file or with a hard copy. Unless you provide this approval of proof your order will not be sent to the printing press. So, it is your obligation to login in with your registered account and check on the proof we require. We will not be held accountable for any delays that occur due to the non-approval of the proof by our customers or users of this website. The turnaround time that we have mentioned on our website will only start after you have submitted the approval of proof.
Customer Is Responsible For All That Is Contained In The Final Approved Proof
The color to be printed is produced from the submitted artwork file but it cannot be exactly like that color due to the built-in limitations of the printing processes as well as adjoining picture ink needs, the color accuracy cannot be guaranteed. When you place an order you agree to this drawback of system. The employees are advised to try their best to provide the closest color but the company is not liable for color changes between expected and printed work. There will be no reprinting done for such color alterations which are there due to the system limitations. We are not responsible for the matching color, ink, density on the printed products which you approved. However, the company guarantees the color precision and matching if you order a hard proof from the company. It is to be informed that hard copy proof will cost you more otherwise.
No Liability For Errors
Perfect Box Solution is not responsible for any errors in the final product that were due to any of the following:
- Font, grammar and spelling mistakes
- Over printing errors
- Die lines, erroneous fonts, cropping marks. cracks in folds
- Percolating marks, graphics punctuation
- Difference in finished size of the product
Overruns/Under-Runs
We usually deliver the exact number of products orders and a small surplus without charging our customers for additional money. In the case of an under-run- your bill will surmount to the quantity you received. The most accepted trade practice is delivering 5 % of the quantity that was ordered, in addition or subtraction and that is what we follow.
Speed Of Production, Order Delivery And Shipping
After you have submitted your artwork or files, reviewed it, received acceptance from our pre-press department, approved the press-ready proof (electronically or in hard copy), and paid all dues, our turnaround time for printing and production begins. At the time of order placement, we allow you to choose the production speed, which determines the number of business days required to print your order and hand it over to the shipping company. We must receive your approval of proof before 10 AM Central Standard Time.
Custom Boxes Packaging has multiple production facilities, including TX, NJ, and one in the Asian region. The production team determines the location based on the nature of the job, pricing factors, and the fastest turnaround. However, product quality and turnaround time remain consistent regardless of production location. If you require your boxes to be printed within US facilities only, you must inform us prior to giving final approval. Once your order is processed for production, Custom Boxes Packaging shall not be responsible for any claims to switch production locations.
Getting orders printed and delivered on time is our main concern. However, Custom Boxes Packaging will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from delays in delivery or shipment. You agree not to hold Custom Boxes Packaging accountable for delays caused by conditions beyond our control. In the event of delays due to the shipping company, weather conditions, customs issues, equipment failure, or technical problems, expedited charges may be refunded. Please note that orders cannot be canceled due to delays in the printing process.
You agree to pay all charges and costs on goods shipped to their respective destinations. Customers are responsible for making necessary arrangements for customs clearance for shipments delivered outside the US.
Our standard turnaround time is 15–18 business days for delivery to one location per order within the USA, without weight or quantity limits. Shipping to additional destinations will incur extra charges. During shipment or delivery, we are not responsible for any loss, delay, theft, or damage to printed products. Delivery and shipping transit times are not guaranteed. Custom Boxes Packaging will not be held liable for any damage that occurs during shipping. Claims for lost or damaged shipments can be filed after six (6) business days from the shipment date.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, additional handling and shipping charges will apply for re-shipment.
Changes In Terms And Conditions And Our Website
It is our right to change and alter any part of our website along with the terms and conditions whenever we want without prior notice. The changes made to any section of our website including the terms and conditions will be effective immediately. Your continuous utilization of our site after the changes will mean that you are in agreement to whatever changes
Termination Of Storage
Company reserves the right to terminate storage and to require the removal of the Goods, or any portion thereof, by giving Customer thirty (15) days advance written notice. Customer shall be responsible for payment of all charges attributable to said Goods within the stated period and for removing the Goods from the warehouse upon payment of all charges. If the Goods are not so removed, Company may exercise its rights under applicable law including but not limited to selling the Goods or recycled.
Payment Terms & Collection Expenses
Warehousing and storage accounts are due and payable monthly, in advance. Company will issue the monthly statement, in advance to Customer and Customer shall pay Company within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing. All invoices not paid within 15 days of invoice date will be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month
